Re: Twin Peaks on Blu-Ray DVD Official Discussion Thread
Presented as a feature-length experience Wow! I am ecstatic and feeling deep gratitude to every single person involved in this. Thank you, David Lynch, and thank you so much, Dugpa, for your part. You know, loving Twin Peaks usually comes with a big helping of melancholy and pain. That's just the w...

Re: Sherilyn Fenn - new AV Club interview
I'm also curious to know more about what the plans for Audrey may have been. I want to know what Sherilyn was going to say next... "and there was this stupid thing where… [Dismissively.]" Something about the scenes for Audrey was stupid, or...? I think in the past she's mentioned being up...

Re: If Twin Peaks WERE to be continued/concluded in some for
Some good ideas. I'd always like to see it pick up 25 years later, and make us work a bit to figure out what happened back in the day, maybe slowly revealing hints through tiny bits of exposition, or in other clever ways. Maybe there's some confusion among the characters as to what happened. Michael...

Re: Broadchurch & Top of the Lake
I watched Broadchurch back in September after this thread, and I enjoyed it a lot. Very good. Some Twin Peaks parallels (especially the way it begins), but it is absolutely not Twin Peaks. At one point the young black-haired detective is offered coffee, and he says he doesn't drink coffee, to which ...

Re: New Twin Peaks Promo?
Ray Wise refuses to be silenced! It seems that with this promo (or whatever it is) we at last have a tantalizing rumor which might actually pan out. Even if 25 years later is but a glimpse, it will still be a dash of magic. Here's hoping that it heralds something more significant. When I say &...

Re: David Lynch actively pursuing TP revival
I'm not at all convinced, but I do have an interesting thought. If this were actually to happen, it would be neat to hold back specific deleted scenes from the FWWM blu-ray, especially those of Annie and the nurse in the hospital, and Coop, Doc Hayward and Harry in the Great Northern. These could in...

It was really great to see and hear Michael. Thanks for posting. I just wish it was longer than a few seconds.

Based on this thread I think I should at least check out Broadchurch.

Re: Twin Peaks on Blu-Ray DVD Discussion
I'm really hoping for those post-series scenes, and I'm desperately hoping for the Argentina stuff and the missing above-the-convenience-store stuff. Naturally I'd like to see as much of the deleted material as possible. What would be truly spectacular - and I know this is a major long shot - would ...

Re: unanswered questions / mistakes / etc.
This is my first post. May as well begin with a complaint. :) Some people think Miss Twin Peaks, the entire arc, was a bit silly. Apparently even Sherilyn Fenn thought it was silly (based on what I've read here). No big argument from me. Nevertheless, since it WAS done, couldn't they have at least h...
