Re: 'Twin Peaks: The Final Dossier' Novel by Mark Frost 10/31 (SPOILERS)

I take Lynch's public statements about not reading the associated spin-off books much like I take comments from sports figures who claim to focus only on "one game at a time".

It's not true but makes for great comment.

Re: 'Twin Peaks: The Final Dossier' Novel by Mark Frost 10/31 (SPOILERS)

We still don't know what happened to Little Nicky!!!

Seriously, I liked the book and it gave answers. Did not expect that.

I actually felt a sense of closure now.

It's also clear from the book where Frost begins and Lynch ends.

The whole book almost reads like a draft or storyboard of season 3.

Re: Important JUDY Related Observation

So I guess there is no credible proof that Judy could be interpreted to mean "to explain"?

Re: Important JUDY Related Observation

This sounds intriguing, but can someone provide specifics on how the word could be interpreted to mean "To Explain"?

Re: S3 blu/dvd announced

It's always comical when everyone bashes the cover art.

Just give it me in a plain brown wrapper as long as there is some additional content!

Re: Part 16 - No knock, no doorbell (SPOILERS)

Wasn't there a mention of 'Who is the dreamer?' somewhere in the show. Are Audrey's dreams somehow making this whole season happen? Hopefully we won't have her awaken and have a Star Trek: The Next Generation-type plot reset! Yes, and they even named a part after it... Part 14 : We Are Like the Dre...

And really, he killed Darya because she was lying and plotting to kill him.

Re: Part 15 - There's some fear in letting go (SPOILERS)

As I mentioned in the theories and speculation thread, I am predicting the last episode will have the real Cooper used as a vehicle that will tie all these plot lines, characters, etc. together through a series of shots and clips a la the back half of Mulholland Drive.

Re: Theories & Speculation (SPOILERS)

Just putting this here. I am guessing the last two episodes will be the real Agent Cooper putting everything together - all the fractured scenes, storylines and characters will be explained via his character in some sort of dream, lodge place, etc. It will be the real "Return". There are n...

Did anyone else first think that Detective Clark was being played by a cameo from Harvey Keitel or Bryan Cranston?

Re: Part 11 - There's fire where you are going (SPOILERS)

A bit surprised to see people making some kind of connection between the piano notes and Cooper's reaction. I don't think Laura's theme was used diegetically in the original show, was it? There were other examples of crossing that line though. Thinking about Audrey in the diner (Isn't this music, d...

Re: Part 11 - There's fire where you are going (SPOILERS)

The more we talk about this original script for Ep 29, the more I am sure that I once read it somewhere. I definitely remember the cut Leo scene exactly as you describe it. Was this thing ever published somewhere? Did I read it online somewhere? It was a very long time ago. My memory is fuzzy, but ...
