They'll never find the footage of Ben killing Maddy.

Prove me wrong again, universe!

I can't be the only one intrigued by how this turned up with no warning.

Re: Tarantino criticism

At that time it was all the rage for everyone to shit on FWWM and Twin Peaks. I would like to believe QT has revised his opinion. I am a big, big fan of Jackie Brown, Inglourious Basterds etc. and I liked OUAT quite a lot. A very lyrical, quieter film for him, and a brave departure for a man who cou...

Re: Twin Peaks: The Complete Television Collection (Paramount) 10/15/19

I have never felt anything in Season 3 does not line up with Between Two Worlds. Laura is at peace in BTW. She stays that way until Cooper rips her out of the Red Room. I strongly suspected BTW was a precursor to something new for Peaks when it was released. Yet I was still surprised when we got the...

Re: The Random Season 3 Thread

I don't think Ray said anything like that. I think Sherilyn, well, Sherilyn's take spans a lot of things depending on the week. She's entitled to her feelings, but I only agree with some of them. But I also think she and DKL are fine these days. The love there is clear in the doc.

Re: The Random Season 3 Thread

Funny enough, despite her disappointment, I think Fenn got the most exciting scene with that jolt of the white room. I just wish that had been like a midway point, and even Cooper’s exciting wake up, “I am the FBI.” It might be pedestrian but those are when I wasn’t watching cerebrally and just on ...

Re: The Random Season 3 Thread

I mean, I watched back then, I remember! They were huge and that certainly included Sherilyn and Audrey. But I also think it's undeniable that Audrey was marginalized - the Wheeler story was there, but the character and actor became decentralized, in favor of LFB and other things. And certainly, onc...

Re: The Random Season 3 Thread

I see both sides. I think Sherilyn means well and is also a complicated person who at times has had an over-inflated sense of her role in the show or what it should be. But I also think yeah, Audrey's character did get screwed and unfairly marginalized way back when. And I also think the love betwee...

Re: The Random Season 3 Thread

Ray Wise is all class. I don't think he's trying to dog on Lynch. I can't fault him for wanting a larger role for Leland and being disappointed. I would've liked a bit more of him. But I don't feel it was owed to him or Leland in Season 3, and I don't feel it's a failing of the season. I also don't ...

Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?

I just don't see any new evidence to suggest there's a definitive no (or yes for that matter) on Season 4. If there is some I'm not familiar with it. People are welcome to educate me. If Season 3 is the end then I'm fine with that, but at no point this time around has Lynch talked about the end of T...

Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?

“This is the ending” -David Lynch Yes, you've found the one quote from Lynch that sort of supports your point. The problem with this is it was a response to a question specifically asking about the ending of the season's story. He says, 'this is the ending. You saw the ending.' Meanwhile he has als...

Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?

He literally says at the beginning of the video he feels there is more to learn about Cooper, and "who knows, maybe someday I'll have that opportunity."
