Re: Twin Peaks 2018 Rittenhouse Trading Cards

Outside of the archive box, has anyone come across a Gordon Cole solo card? It seems to be the scarcest of the scarce!

Tim Roth and Jennifer Jason Leigh. A cheeto stain on Jennifer's card would be a nice bonus.

Re: Twin Peaks 2018 Rittenhouse Trading Cards

After holding out as long as I could, I finally broke down and ordered a few boxes. I think I may have grabbed the last three in Canada!

Or am I being overly creative here...
I noticed it as well.
Me too. The camera movement was similar as well.

I had the same thought. The Tremond/Chalfont boy also jumps, and is also at the convenience store meeting.

Re: Part 6 - Don't die (SPOILERS)

Something I've not seen discussed much (though I could easily have missed it) is the significance of the opening scene in Part 1 with the giant. Good Cooper is apparently fully present, but he fades out in a weird way. Where/when is that supposed to be? Is it a flash forwards? Is it where Cooper is...

Re: Part 5 (SPOILERS)

I too hope Richard Horne is not Audrey's son, though the way he holds his cigarette and moves his hand has me worried. My understanding is that fingerprints from the male John Doe in South Dakota matched Briggs. But we also learn that Briggs' fingerprints have shown up multiple times over the past 2...

Re: Theories & Speculation (SPOILERS)

I have a theory about the opening scene with The Giant. We know in the credits his character's name was listed as ?????? The scene being in black and white but still with the distorted speach makes me think this could be the White Lodge. I think that the Giant might represent God. Perhaps the White...

Re: Funniest moment in the series

The gloriously extended aftermath of Andy getting hit in the face with a plank. And Andy being overwhelmed by scotch tape. Honourable mention to "It's wrong!!!"

Re-watching the series yet again, I am amazed how several characters make such a lasting impression with so little screen time. Jacques Renault and The Giant, for example.

LOST. 60s Star Trek. To a somewhat lesser extent: X-Files, Firefly, ST:TNG, Seinfeld.

Re: Recommendations for Watching While Waiting for Season 3

My brother has been raving about Under the Skin for ages. Is that the one filmed in Glasgow? He was living there til recently, so it was extra special for him. Will have to check it out. Yes, I believe the 'Under the Skin' crews shot much of the film in Scotland. They filmed a few encounters with l...

Re: Recommendations for Watching While Waiting for Season 3

In terms of recentish TV, I can recommend the following (to varying degrees):
- Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency
- The OA
- Fargo S1 & S2
- Stranger Things
- Westworld
- 11.22.63
- The Leftovers S1 & S2

Of these my favourites are probably Westworld and Fargo S2 and The Leftovers.
