Re: Freddie's fight scene in part 17
I know it may have been twenty five plus years and never officially aired on TV but anyone else here remember the last time Bob was killed? Does anyone find any parallels?

Re: Twin Peaks: Season 3 on Blu-ray 12/5/17
just finished the extra's. Great insights and just that is a purchase worth it. One thing baffles me as long time DL fan who followed his carreer since BV. DL seemed incredibly stressed making the series and even wonder he enjoyed it at all? Also the way he directed the actors contradicted the stor...

Re: Tom Sizemore accused of molesting 11yo
Perhaps the greater point DKL would be making here is the same one he has with FWWM and Leland. Abusers tend to also be the abused and their behavior stems from a greater issue than just a personal experience. The point being that suffering itself is the cause of suffering and perhaps it would be ea...

Herman Hesse's Steppenwolf (1974)
Trust me on this.
The film was directed by Fred Haines who also cowrote the screenplay for Joseph Frick's Ulysses.

Re: 'Twin Peaks: The Final Dossier' Novel by Mark Frost 10/31 (SPOILERS)
Just finished the book the other day, and although it's a little slighter than I thought it would be, I still really enjoyed it. The tragedies of Annie and Audrey were particularly poignant to me and felt tonally in line with what I expected. I'd still love to know whatever happened to Chester Desm...

Even though there is no comparison to the CBS set, here's an excellent Criterion's FWWM review from BluRay.com (most reliable Blu Ray website): http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Twin-Peaks-Fire-Walk-with-Me-Blu-ray/183919/#Review I love Angelo, but I anticipate that this interview will be him telling t...

Re: Twin Peaks: Season 3 on Blu-ray 12/5/17
In terms of data/time, how much space for extras would there be? It would all depend on how they split the content up on the discs. We could get 4 episodes on a disc which could leave room for two and a half discs worth of special features. Or they could do 3 episodes a disc with featurettes on eve...

Uhhhhhhh you do know he was recovering from heart surgery right before the show went into production, right?Mr. Reindeer wrote:Grace, but Russ Tamblyn deserves honorable mention. At 80+ years old, he has incredible energy; I kept expecting the dude to have a heart attack onscreen given how worked-up he got.

Re: Poll: Do You Understand Now Why S.F. was pissed about her role in The Return?
Or perhaps, Fenn assumed that the show coming back would mean that the formula and format of the original run would remain intact and would guarantee her a large role, but like most of the returning cast members her's and their roles were more peripheral this go around(albeit thematically significan...

Re: The Return Soundtrack - a complete track list?
Hi everyone, apologies in advance for Albert and if this has already been discussed. Has anyone been keeping track of all the background/incidental soundtrack music in The Return? I'm trying to compile a complete list of music that featured in the new show. Specifically, music that is not included ...

Re: Part 16 - No knock, no doorbell (SPOILERS)
When Bobby kills Cliff Howard in FWWM, and Laura keeps telling him "You killed Mike!", he yells at her, "That' isn't fucking Mike!", and then suddenly hesitant and doubtful looks back at the body and says "Is it Mike?" That's exactly like Hawk saying "It isn't abo...

Which musicians are left at this point? I know Cruise and Vedder but who else? Can't remember. The Veils. Just released a phenomenal album last year: Total Depravity. Lots of connections with the new season can be found on it. Really hope In The Nightfall is the song performed. It's got such a Peak...
