Re: S3: Biggest Disappointment About Unresolved Subplots?

When the Log Lady said "there's fire where you're going" and the map of black fire. It amounted to nothing :(

Re: Twin Peaks Return: The Profoundly Disappointed Support Group (SPOILERS)

Laura has always been the character I loved most and so I have to admit that the scenes with her were maybe the only ones in TPTR that I found gripping. But why did Lynch have to do this to her and Coop? The FWWM ending was so perfect. The ending of FWWM could still be placed after series 3. There ...

Similar to the case files in episode 6. The insurance forms list January the 1st as the date, but there is no year. Rather odd for an insurance company to not bother putting the year.

Re: How many days does S3 cover? S3 (SPOILERS)

My gut tells me the opening Giant scene is a flash forward. Possibly to the finale. this... i think that's why he is credited as "???", we are not supposed to know yet. i also think Hawk at Glastonberry Grove is a flash forward that will get resolved later I agree. I think the clip we saw...

Re: Parts 3 + 4 (SPOILERS)

Some of my additional thoughts on the 2003 timeline theory. http://www.dugpa.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=3400&p=81811#p81811 Very interesting. I wonder if the lever in the mauve world is what causes time to alter to 2003? If that is the case, then maybe 'American Girl' is the past versio...

Re: Parts 3 + 4 (SPOILERS)

For me, the beginning of episode 3 is absolutely incredible. The falling in space, the injection of mauve, the floating house, Naido, the lever, the electrical machine, the acting with no speech couldn't be improved upon. It is my joint favourite scene of all in Twin Peaks (along with the Angels in ...

Re: Parts 1 + 2 (SPOILERS)

Maybe this has already been discussed, but what do people make of the tiny skip in editing when Cooper is in the red room and tries to go through the drapes but finds they won't open. There is a split-second cut just before he finds the drapes to be closed and Cooper shifts a tiny bit where he is st...

The timeline of Laura's Angel within series 3 (SPOILERS)

I am unsure if the Angel at the end of the FWWM takes place before the events in the red room at the start of series 3. Can we use the physical appearance of Laura & Cooper to place Laura's Angel as before the Little Man evolves, or is this just a problem of using human actors within the setting...

Re: Official Thread - Twin Peaks - Jan 13 - Kyle Returns Promo

Do you think Agent Cooper will know where he has been for the last 25 years? Major Briggs didn't have a clear memory of where he went (the White Lodge?), in the Secret History book nobody who gets 'abducted' can remember everything and in the Georgia Coffee commercials Asami doesn't know where she w...
