Thanks jmichael, I did wonder if that might have been the case.
Seems like multi-region players and import DVD's are the way to go right now - there's actually quite a few films I like that aren't available in the UK so it's just gonna be something I'll have to get used to, damnit!

I hope it's okay to ask on this thread, but I was wondering about the situation with a Region 2 version of Eraserhead '2000'. Perhaps someone might know about this? I know multi-region players are fairly common these days, but it looks like buying from the States can end up getting a little pricey. ...

Thanks Annie! Think I might just order this then. I'm certainly willing to give it a go, plus it will fill a gap in my collection too. I've never read the original books or seen the TV series, so my only knowledge of the story comes from reading about David Lynch. Perhaps I'll get back and let you k...

Hiya. Interesting to read what twin-b has said, as I think Dune is the only Lynch film I have yet to see. I'd love to see it but I think this forum is the only place I've ever heard positive things said about it! Saying that though, you can't really argue with getting it for a fiver! http://www.play...

The Lost Highway soundtrack sure does give a great mix of different music, and I certainly think that using popular rock music fits in with the story. I particularly enjoy Barry Adamson's contributions - in fact I wouldn't mind hearing his music alongside other Lynch films in the future. My only con...

I have to say that I agree with alot of the comments made here. I couldn't possibly say that I didn't enjoy INLAND EMPIRE - there are so many fantastic shots, beautiful sounds and images, and so on. I mean, of course there are! It's a Lynch film! At the end of the day though the main feeling I was s...

Hello. My name's Dave, I'm 30, and my interest in all things Lynch has gradually increased over the past few years. My first experience, I think, was seeing Fire Walk With Me on the telly. My parents had liked Twin Peaks the series so I ended up watching it with them. I think I got more out of it th...
