Dancer... is on my short List; Van Trier is all over the place artistically, but I loved Melancholia and much liked Breaking The Waves.

My wife and I watched the HBO showing of The Grand Budapest Hotel a couple of nights ago. She gave 'points for originality' ( as she always does.) I thought it silly and contrived. More I forgot:
Magnolia I like all I've seen of PTA, but none approach the quality of this ensemble piece. Pity, in a way, that he's invested so much effort in Inherent Vice, Pynchon's minor noir jape.
The Birds Hitch's one visionary film, imo.
