Peak Freak shows
I haven't had cable or network television since 2001, so I've missed a lot of stuff. However, through the power of Netflix, I have seen some amazing shows that have popped up in the 2000's. All of my "tv" viewing is through dvd's now (usually rented). My favorites (besides Peaks): Northern...

Man Oh Man, charles, those covers are genius! Each one of them is a million times better than that pukey-gold cover. I particularly like the stop light and the Glastonburry Grove covers, but they're all good. I hope CBS/Paramount hears about the fan reaction to that cover and replaces it with someth...

Frankly, I wouldn't have changed much with the series. I've been watching Twin Peaks for about fifteen years now. When I first saw it as a young teenager, I thought it was the best thing I had ever seen. I didn't think anything was cheesy or bad, even Little Nicky and Evelyn. I even like Mayor Milfo...

Closed Captioning
It also contains English CC, not that that matters to many! It matters to me! I judge the quality of a dvd on only a few criteria: quality of transfer, how easy the menu is to use, and the presence of a quality closed captioning track. I am not hard-of-hearing myself, but my girlfriend is deaf. Eve...

I'm also interested in the answer to this. I have the Hong Kong import of the pilot, which is not good quality at all. I was thinking of getting the season one set from Amazon.uk, which has the pilot, but I would first like to know if the included pilot is of the same quality as the reason of the Ar...

I enjoyed the book for what it is. At first, as I flipped through it, I was disappointed. I mean, how many books written by celebrities are very long? I thought this would be another one of those short ego books. But then I thought about Lynch and his style. He's a minimalist at heart. He's reluctan...

Intro to Good Guys Eat Pie
Hi there, I'm GGEP, an astrophysicist, educator and film buff. I credit David Lynch with making me take movies seriously as art as a teenager in the early 90's. I had already been a big fan of Twin Peaks, but once I saw Blue Velvet, I was hooked on Lynch. I live in the New York metro area, and recen...

Second Season release date pushed up a few days
I just got a not from Amazon on my pre-order. Now they say the US release will be April 3. Not huge news, but thought I'd pass that on.

I am unaware of such TP deleted scenes. Were they shown at one of the Festivals?Jerry Horne wrote:Don't forget the deleted scenes that have been in fan circles for years.
I would love any of the new releases to contain deleted or extended scenes (the chances of them still existing are slim, however).
