Re: Part 7 - There's a body all right (SPOILERS)

Anyone else love that Lynch put Heidi's giggle in the mix near the end of the credits when she laughs at something her customers say?

Re: References in the Return to Lynch's Non-TP Works (SPOILERS)

The characters played by Belushi and Knepper are basically (lazily) the Castigliani brothers again. The multiple shots of where a phone is ringing before we find out are pretty much from the same movie. I don't know I saw them more as a nastier, more violent version of the Horne brothers, especiall...

Maybe as a part of the criterion release?

Maybe, I see it more as a True Detective nod tho

Re: Connections to TSHOTP (SPOILERS)

Here's what should happen, if things are to correctly line up between TSHOTP and the new series: 1) A significant crime occurs in Twin Peaks, prompting Gordon Cole to dispatch Tamara Preston 2) At the crime scene, the Briggs' dossier is discovered and then mailed to the FBI 3) The dossier is then m...

Re: Annie Speculation (SPOILERS)

In episode 27 there's a pull-back during a scene between Coop and Annie in the RR that's always struck me as really ominous, especially given the dialogue. Cooper tells her he's distracted by their romance when he needs to be focused on the Earle investigation. The scene ends with Coop knocking over...

But now going back to the scene the line separating the head and body seems to just be a shadow of the clavicle.

Re: Parts 1 + 2 (SPOILERS)

Apologies if this idea has been mentioned already (I'm slowly working my way through the threads and I should probably wait till I'm done but God knows when that will be and I want to hear what people think of this). I noticed that the creature in the glass box has a clear line separating the head ...

Re: NON SPOILERS: Twin Peaks: Season 3 on Showtime Thread

I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see a light increase on streaming and cable numbers this week. Those numbers don't count the actual number of eyeballs and so many fans had viewing parties for the premiere. Ten people watching the show at my house only counts for one streamer.

Which originally made me think that Dougie was Dougie Milford and Coop replaced him back in the past but I only thought that was happening until he got in the Jeep with Jade and it was clearly a more modern setting.

Connections to TSHOTP (SPOILERS)

I wanted to keep this out of the main TSHOTP thread so we didn't have to spoiler tag everything. Anyways, list direct connections or things that reminded you of the novel. Some direct connections: Tamara Preston Mention of Briggs meeting Bad Coop by Bobby The entity in the box in NYC and in FL with ...

Re: NO SPOILERS: Twin Peaks Season 3 on Showtime May 21st 2017

I feel that one angle this conversation is missing is that Mark Frost in 2017 (or 2012, or anywhere in between) is not the same person as Mark Frost in 1990, too. And while most of us are familiar with the artistic developments in Lynch's career, a lot of us cannot say the same about Frost's non-TP...
