As I understand it the US release date (and therefore shipping date) is today - december 5th. Only europe got the blu ray on the 4th - and amazon.co.uk shipped on the day, but not before.

It is back now, this morning the version we'd pre-ordered with the december 4th release had become "currently unavailable" with a different version having a release date of December 11. Lets see what happens.
