Yes,but the company there in US made a lousy work,at least at Season 1 boxset. The best editions are the Zentropa ones (the Danish production company of Von Trier) which contain some extras.Riget can't be completed because the main characters died, while in Twin Peaks this can be resolved easily (Pete...

The Kingdom

After Twin Peaks,i saw many series that were creations of acclaimed directors. The most noticeable is 'Riget' aka The Kingdom. This was made back in 1994 by Lars Von Trier in Denmark and has nothing to do with the awful American remake. It has the same humour as Twin Peaks but in a more Scandinavian wa...

Now the most expensive card is 32 (Bob scetch),although Audrey still sells pretty well.Indeed the Shelly cards are rarer,i had noticed that back in November, when only one or two people in this forum had it.

Director forums

Which other directors have their own-dedicated forums?I am not referring to Spelbierg,Coppola etc. but directors with a much greater vision than thinking how to make their film more commercial.

Hi,I'm named George.
I was introduced to the seductive world of DL when i was 15,seeing Blue Velvet on public TV and being mesmerized.Since then,i've watched all DL related material and read numerous interviews. Now i'm 18,studying Marketing in England and i want desperately to attend the TP festival.

I've seen only INLAND EMPIRE in Prague.I was on vacation last summer and i couldn't prevent myself from going.UNfortunately i lost the first half hour, but i believe (after re-seeing the movie many times) that the rest of the movie is better.

I see on you Myspace page that you want to photograph Twin Peaks' stars.I'd like a portrait of them now in comparison to then (I mean when TP was being filmed).

They both have 'quirky' dialogues in their films and depict actions of violent people. Also, they have worked with some same actors and staff.

Okay, i meant that in comparison to Lynch he doesn't recast any actor.
They both deal with the duality of the self in a deeper psychological level.
Finally they both have books on Faber and Faber directors' series.

I think that Cronenberg deals more with reality but in a dreamish way.
They both work with the same people for twenty years (editors, composers) but Cronenberg doesn't recast any actor.
