Re: Nike to Release Twin Peaks Inspired Shoes
Oh joy. Now every time I put Twin Peaks into Ebay I get hundreds of pairs of those shoes. I'd rather go barefoot.

Re: Twin Peaks still series at Twin Peaks Archive
It's from a Japanese magazine article that appears to be a sponsored editorial disguised as a piece about Kyle in Japan.

Re: LYNCH Art Exhibit-Book of Show SPAIN 1992
Fear not, the exhibition catalogue is the big yellow book. At the exhibition and there was a 4-sided A4 flyer that could be described as a program of sorts, and a Beaux Arts magazine devoted to The Air Is On Fire, as well as French and English language editions of the exhibition catalogue.

Re: LYNCH Art Exhibit-Book of Show SPAIN 1992
That's a beautiful book.
It looks like The Air Is On Fire exhibition catalogue has gone out of print. Fortunately I bought a couple of extra copies in case mine falls apart. Amazon and sellers on Ebay are already hawking copies for larcenous amounts of money.

Re: Who's that pinnochio face guy in fwwm?
I'm assuming you don't have a theory of your own then? When FWWM was released there was no internet and people had to do their own donkey work. Nowadays people watch a few episodes of the series, join a messageboard and start bombarding folk with (mostly inane) questions and general cuntery. Le sigh.

Re: Nike to Release Twin Peaks Inspired Shoes
I wouldn't be caught dead wearing those shoes but I might buy a pair for my collection.

Re: Sheryl Lee
Laura Dern did a fantastic job and I can't imagine anyone else playing that part (or parts) but of all the actors DL has worked with Sheryl Lee is my favourite and I hope they work together again one day. Her cameo as the Good Witch in Wild At Heart is the highlight of the film for me and I'd have l...

Re: David Lynch Lime Green Box Set Discussion
With expedited shipping and import duties the Lime Green Set cost a lot of money, but it's worth every penny I'm happy that you're happy. But I've reached a different conclusion about this set. Is the mystery disc terrific? Absolutely. Love the deleted scenes and don't care that it's not visually s...

Re: Deleted Scenes
The Wild At Heart deleted scenes are fantastic, and not in a 'well they're worth having for the sake of it' kind of way. I agree Wild At Heart has always seemed sprawling, but there's actually a lot of exposition in the deleted scenes. It's one of the few films I think would benefit from a directors...

Re: David Lynch Lime Green Box Set Discussion
I sat and watched the Wild At Heart deleted scenes this afternoon. I wasn't mad about the scenes with Reggie and Dropshadow but other than that they were fantastic. The absolute highlight of the Lime Green Set for me is Marietta saying "He is pure slime and he's leakin' all over my baby". ...

Re: David Lynch Lime Green Box Set Discussion
My Lime Green set arrived and I LOVE it. The packaging's beautiful and I wasn't prepared for how thrilled I'd be with the matching discs. Amazon graciously shrinkwrapped it to a board instead of using those useless bags of air that burst and offer no protection whatsoever so even the box arrived uns...

Re: STILL waiting for official season two release in UK\Ireland
This morning as I was battling my way through crowds of Christmas shoppers in HMV I came across a small mountain of reissued season one box sets. It's now packaged like the US season two set (three thin cases in a slipcase) and a CBS DVD logo has been added to the packaging. Since there was no ment...

Re: STILL waiting for official season two release in UK\Ireland
I remember going into HMV the day season one went on sale in the UK, expecting season two to be out within six months! Thank God I didn't know then that I'd have a five year wait before I could even buy a R1 import...
