Lou Reed & i-Phone spoof

Singer Lou Reed actually put a link to David Lynch's video about mobiles on his website. It's getting popular :) http://www.loureed.com/00/index.html

Empeneto, I was a bit concerned too about the packaging, but it's really a detail in the end. One you put the DVD in, you choose English and all the menus are in English.

I have not seen those gems you're talking about, where are these?

I bought my R2 box here in Berlin, for 64 Euros, pretty cheap. An it's "definitive", not "ultimate".

Second Season Transfer

I have a feeling that the transfer of the second Season of Twin Peaks in the Gold Box Edition is not as good as for the 1st one. Still, it's pretty amazing compared to my old videos, but season 1 seemed to look better. Has anyone else noticed that?

In my version of ep. 5, there was a mistake and Ben was actually entering the room twice. But I had old videotapes so I guess it was corrected in all following versions.

Another difference I've noticed. In ep. 5, when Josie is waiting in Ben's office, the first time we saw her, Ben does not enter the room anymore as he did before. They cut the plan just before he enters the room. Which makes much more sense now, as he's in the reception hall of Great Northern in the...

I'm not sure about that, when I saw FWWM and Laura smoking, I thought it did not look that cool. But of course, you're right when it comes to Donna starting smoking, even though her explanations of why she smokes actually shows the absurdity of smoking. It's such a funny line actually. Remember also...

Gold Box Edition and Wrapped In Plastic

I think the Gold Box Edition is incredible. Only one thing I pretty much disliked was the documentary on the Twin Peaks Fan Festival. It was still fun to watch but I thought, "Man, I'll never attend that!" There really was something geekie about it. I think instead of that, they should hav...

I remember reading in an interview that Lynch loved Pulp Fiction, especially the deconstructed narrative (which he started including in his films right after it).

Yhis is really annoying the lack of info there is about Lynch european tour. Nothing was said about his coming to Berlin or even Vienna on official websites.
