I have a question for those interested: would you be more interested in covers or remixes of Twin Peaks music, music inspired by Twin Peaks, or a mixture of both? I am thinking a mixture of both might be best.

We will see! I'd just say "yes," but like I said I want to discuss the details later. But most likely, sure!

Last year for David's birthday I made him a (two disc) compilation of music from Myspace artists who's music had been directly inspired by him... it turned out more elaborately than I had originally intended. Eventually we were going to try to make a cd that the proceeds of would be donated to Davi...

I checked this out a while back. I'm sorry I have not replied yet. You were part of the inspiration for an idea in another thread. Anyway, I dug your tune. Really neat stuff. I definitely could see the Peaks influence in the song. :) Please, please, please consider being a part of the remix project!...

I dig Lynch's work on this soundtrack, but I still really missed Angelo Badalamenti.

TWIN PEAKS "remix" project?

Hey everyone. I know there are very many people in the Twin Peaks/David Lynch community who are creative themselves. Some of them do music like myself. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a collaborative TWIN PEAKS "remix" project with me, essentially an album-length col...

I've had minor problems with my Region 1. The picture freezes for a few seconds in two places during More Things That Happened. It only does it on one of my DVD players though so I couldn't be bothered to return it. I've had no problems with the Region 2 release. This problem in particular sounds l...

Some fun - Dune redub

I figure fans of this movie would dig this. This is a little video somebody did (and did a good job) where they redubbed the voices in Dune. Basically, they just made it silly. Dune's kind of an easy target because of it's melodrama, but oh boy... this cracked me up! http://youtube.com/watch?v=F6XwO...

I used them as the rhythm section on a hotel show and got friendly with Joe. His sons were Toto, and Mike, the Bass player, used to come up to the ranch to ride horses and get away from the touristy things. In '83 or '84 he brought cassettes of the stuff they were doing for "Dune". I gott...

Let's talk changes: how would you change the second season?

I think a lot of people out there like to think up ways to "improve" season two. These changes would be things they would've liked better like changing Windom Earle, etc. So let's say you have a time machine. You go back in time and for some odd reason you're now David Lynch, with the comp...

How about after episode 2, with Cooper's dream, in the next episode the writer started referencing the entire European pilot ending as opposed to the edited down portion that made it into episode 2. I guess you could interpret the European pilot ending, then, as Cooper's dream in full length.

was watching some of season 1 today, and realized that Julie Cuze ( i think that is how you spell her last name ? ) was another understated element of the show. I mean...her singing was perfect for the mood of the show, kinda off beat, emotional, yet mellow....perfect... something i consider a litt...

From what I have heard, a second CD will be released if the first one does well. I've tried to get a track listing but so far they aren't giving one up. I've only got bits and pieces of what will be on it. The obvious assumptions of what has been released on his MySpace page plus a few confirmation...
