Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?
Saw Ray Wise at Monster Mania Con in Maryland last weekend. Unprompted, when answering a different question he said he knows the parties that need need to be talking about another season are talking. I know that it's an extreme long shot, but is there any footage/audio of Ray's remarks? If we take ...

Re: Season 3, The First Draft - Speculation etc.
None of us knows for sure, but I could certainly envision Donna/LFB in the “rhinocerus/turquoise” scene with Steven. I wouldn’t put it past L/F to conceive that scene as a loving tour de force comeback for LFB, if she felt she was up to it. Again, I’ll note that DKL is no stranger to redeeming pari...

Re: Season 3, The First Draft - Speculation etc.
I personally don't believe they had enough invested in LFB to believe she could handle that kind of heavy material these days. But that's me. I'm not trying to bash her but it's no secret she's had some very rough years personally and professionally, and her relationship with the show has been tenu...

Re: Season 3, The First Draft - Speculation etc.
As far as I know, pretty much everything outside of the scenes of Phillip Gerard in part 17. It's a real damn shame they didn't ask Strobel and Ray Wise to split the material. Wise was so incredibly underused this season.N. Needleman wrote:IIRC, Al Strobel filled in for MJA a fair bit. But I don't know how much.

Re: Season 3, The First Draft - Speculation etc.
California you say. Hmmm, then how about this. Instead of being called by her, Hawk would find Margaret nosing about at Glastonbury Grove where she would relay the message for him. That was absolutely my thought on this, as well. I also wonder if Hawk might have originally visited her cabin in the ...

Re: Season 3, The First Draft - Speculation etc.
Just as Audrey’s hair salon storyline ended up in TFD, I really do suspect that Donna’s chapter in TFD arose from at least casual conversations L/F had on how Donna/LFB might be used in the show. Absolutely. Per The Final Dossier , Donna was also a drug addict, like her sister Gersten. Not exactly ...

Re: Part 10 - Laura is the one (SPOILERS)
.... Hmmm. This makes sense to me, at least at first glance. The only thing I’m confused about is Gersten saying something like, “What the hell did she give to you?” That line, and Steven’s behavior, made me suspect that perhaps Becky had given Steven some bad shit, possibly as some kind of revenge...

Re: Part 10 - Laura is the one (SPOILERS)
Rewatching part of this one again. Timeline wise, does anyone think it's possible that after Becky shot up Gersten's door, she went back home and that's where Steven confronted her about it in a rage and being the asshole he is, turned all of her completely justified anger about his affair back ont...

Yup, I noticed that too. I think my comment above could still rationally explain it.Mr. Reindeer wrote:A similar effect is also used for the disappearance of Laura’s corpse from the timeline in Part 17.

Re: Cooper's conversation with The Fireman in episode 1 (linear and non-linear approaches)
Has anyone mentioned that the "transfer" special effect over Cooper as he leaves the Fireman (in the first scene) seems to be the same one used when he appears in the woods in 1989? Is it possible as he shuts his eyes, he initally meets with the Fireman before he "goes in" to 19...

Re: 'Twin Peaks: The Final Dossier' Novel by Mark Frost 10/31 (SPOILERS)
Based on the finale and what's discussed in the book, do we feel the existence of a second timeline where Cooper tries to save Laura and she disappears is no longer a possibility? Tammy exists in the primary timeline and the changes seem to be having a slow wash-out effect on the past, with the memo...
