Josh is ridiculous when it comes to TP knowledge. At the 2014 Fest I took his tour of the sites at Olallie State Park and was blown away by how much he knows.

I find the description of the book as a "novel" is weird if it only involves a load of documents, but it makes sense to do that. This year is passing really quickly, much quicker than I had feared! The book is nearly upon us, and I haven't even had time to start rewatching the series yet ...

Seeing the tattoo from Briggs' neck makes me really happy. That came from the latter second season section of the series. I was afraid Frost and Lynch would generally ignore most of that stuff, but seeing this gives me hope that some of that stuff will be addressed somehow at least in the book.

Agree with the above pizza comment. I never recommend skipping any of the show. In fact, I particularly enjoy latter season 2 (and I've been crucified on reddit simply for saying so). The reason is that after the Laura plot wrapped up, I was very interested in simply watching what else was going on ...
