I'm really enjoying this character series, thanks so much for this painstaking series, LostInTheMovies!

Pretty sure the Hurley cover is a Barnes & Noble exclusive. You may have to order B&N online. Good luck!

Re: Episode 10

Having just rewatched this episode, I agree with many of the sentiments written regarding this episode being a bit of a harbinger of the weaker aspects of season 2. While overall a strong one, this episode has some very weak scenes (and introduces some weak long-running plot elements) which destroy...

Re: Speculation re: Eric, Lara and Michael?

Of all of the actors that supposedly weren't asked back, the one that's probably most likely to put in a surprise appearance, in my opinion, is Heather Graham. Especially given the mysterious nature of her character's fate that was played up in TSHOTP. I doubt they would make us talk about this char...

Briggs has not been recast.

Re: Twin Peaks Reunion in Entertainment Weekly

Although it's kind of innovating and refreshing to have a show with an elderly cast, I think it is good that they have some new, younger women as well in the cast. I think we al need to agree to never use the term "elderly cast" again in this forum. I mean, of the actors in the photo shoo...

Re: Episode 28

What I didn't like: - Lana's stupid dance. Really, we had to watch this instead of some of the other girls? There was nothing about it that was sexy. Just finished my re-watch, too. I was trying to decide my least favorite moment of the series. The wake and the weasel scene were contenders but they...

Re: Twin Peaks Reunion in Entertainment Weekly

After reading all the articles of the Twin Peaks magazine I was struck by James comments about having a large role not in size but in importance. Makes me wonder if he'll be killed off quickly or something. Of all of the characters in the shoot, I'm most curious about James and how he figures into ...

Re: Episode 27

This episode may very well have the best ending sequence of the entire series - certainly it's right up there with the red curtains at the Road House in Episode 14, the shocking ending of the first season finale, and maybe only really rivaled by the series finale mirror-crunch. This may also be the ...

Re: Episode 28

One of the best parts of this re-watch is that I can come here after each episode and see what others thought. It's been a fun ride, to be sure! I've pretty much been out he same plane as everyone else, but I disagree with a lot of what I've read so far in this thread. I really like this episode.......

Re: Episode 28

I think it's such a shame they combined this with 29 for the final airing, it must have made 29 seem less intense? I don't remember seeing this when it first aired - did anyone find it weakened the whole thing or was the second half too amazing to be weakened? You know what? After the previous epis...

Re: Twin Peaks Reunion in Entertainment Weekly

I like the pictures from the photo shoot and I bought a copy of the magazine (RR version) and read the article. I'm curious....is the theme of the photo shoot a typical "EW Reunion" type of shoot in that it shows us characters from the original show as we remember them, though obviously ag...

More info here: http://blog.cvn.com/2011/02/22/actor-james-marshall-accutane-trial-begins-in-new-jersey So yes, considering all that, I'm very glad to have him back in TP, looking whatever way he does, period! Well, that would explain why he's so thin. I'd imagine with no colon and your intestines ...

Re: Least Favorite Storyline in Twin Peaks

I think Zane does the best he can with what little he had to work with. Zane is a pretty good actor in other stuff (Dead Calm - in which he was really creepy, Titanic). He seems to work better as a villain than a good guy, though. Honestly I don't think it would have mattered what male actor was br...
