How Often Do You Have A Twin Peaks Marathon?

i would say that i watch all the 29 episodes as well as the pilot and 'fire, walk with me' twice a year, generally in the fall and spring. seems that it's fresh every time, and i never get bored. and there's always some detail which i've just noticed for the first time. right now, i'm having a marat...

Re: What Scenes take you out of the moment or make you cringe?

The worst scene was of Albert telling Truman his mission is global & his reason is love. "I love you Sheriff Truman!" Say what?! This almost ruined the most down-to-earth character in the series and turned him into just another space cadet, like all the soapy "guest stars" i...

Re: Least favorite episode

'I hate the entire Evelyn Marsh'

oh, God, me too. i never cared for, nor understood the inclusion of that particulat story line.

having said that, i did very much enjoy the other peripheral characters and their stories.

this sounds like an excellent deal; however, it's gonna take me at least 'till 2010 to recover financially from buying the full set of 'the sopranos'!

'Mundane routines in normal live was fasinating to watch, and the Norman Rockwell feel to a general store added so much to this. '

i couldn't agree more.

Re: Funniest moment in the series

oh, this is an excellent topic. there are many scenes which truly fracture me. i especially find little ricky's micheivious antics to be quite hilarious, especially those in the double r diner. 'uncle andy go boom boom'- that's just priceless! or the ensueing pandomonium when the pine weazle bites d...

Re: Things I wish we'd seen...

indeed, i, too, would be interested in seeing more of the above. as well, it'd be interesting to see more of the tenants in the little groundfloor apartments where Harold lived. i found that complex facinating and wouldn't mind living there myself! i was glad, however to see the interiors of 2 of th...

Re: Twin Peaks Props

Jerry,
i'd always chuckle when i'd see the ceramic duck; i found it to be most amusing indeed.

that's great that a couple folks own a desktop tree each, and that you know 'em to boot. would that i could whittle, i'd make myself one of those trees myself, lol.

Re: Twin Peaks Props

jerry, your props are wonderful; i loved that native american art. i'd sure love to own some of that stuff, as well as that wonderful tree on the concierge's desk, and the ceramic duck at the double r diner.

Re: Lost Highway free on Hulu

i'd rented this movie a few years ago. i just didn't understand it. i did enjoy seeing gary busey in it, as i did love him in 'the buddy holly story'. ok, i'll be honest: i rented it just to see the footage of marilyn manson naked. alas, i was dissappointed that said footage was mabey seconds long. ...

Re: Audrey/Cooper question from a TP novice

to make a long story short, we can blame the entire fall of our favorite show on lara flynn boyle!! lol! although, i have to say, i kinda agree. i never understood what kyle had seen in boyle; she's so skeletal. audrey, on the other hand, looked healthy. plus, recent photos i've seen of sherilynn s...

on a lighter note, though, i found the idea of a horse in a livingroom to be vastly amusing, as did i regarding the llama/alpaca in the vet's office.
