Re: Leland's death/Bob
I don't think there's anything to be corrected there. I tend towards the murder scene in the series being an inaccurate representation of what happened, the actual events getting twisted and changed in Ronette's traumatised mind. From what we see of actual event in the movie, Ronette wasn't in any ...

Re: Distinguishing Fire Walk With Me from The Missing Pieces
Well, LostInTheMovies, who made the fantastic Journey Through Twin Peaks video series (linked below, because it's essential viewing), is very big on the idea of watching The Missing Pieces before FWWM. I agree with him on a great many things, but I don't share his opinion on this. I feel that after...

Re: Distinguishing Fire Walk With Me from The Missing Pieces
I haven't watched FWWM yet and I'd like to hear more opinions from people who have seen it. I was actually considering watching the 3.5hr fanedit first, but that link made me reconsider. Do you all agree I should watch The Missing Pieces first, then FWWM? Definitely not. FWWM and then The Missing P...

Re: Leland's death/Bob
Also odd since I don't believe Bob used a knife in any of his murders that we saw(correct me if I'm wrong). Well, in the series we saw a bloody hammer in the train car. In the movie it looks to be a knife. And in the script it actually reads "Knife entering flesh" during the train car sce...

Has anybody managed to come across the complete high quality portrait of Laura yet, or know where one can be purchased?

Re: Julee Cruise - Floating Into the Night vinyl reissue
Just my opinion, but I think that the overall feel of the album, as well as the lyrics, lend to the idea more about loving someone rather than not loving someone.kafard wrote:The Dream Man wrote:

Re: A Rough Guide to making your own FWWM Extended Cut
I recently watched all of the deleted scenes, and I must say that they are absolutely amazing. Having said that, it was difficult to really get the feel of the movie from only the deleted scenes by themselves. I definitely, no, I must see one of these fan edits. Who do I need to PM to get this to ha...

Re: Twin Peaks on Blu-Ray DVD Official Discussion Thread
I wonder what the actors thought of the Missing Pieces? Pretty sure they had never seen any of this footage before (I know at least Ray and Kyle have said this). I wonder what Peggy Lipton thought of it, as I know she wasn't a huge fan of FWWM. Plus I don't think Lenny was in it at all- so very coo...

Re: March 25th or March 27th (25 Years Later)...Or another d
Interesting. I just read the "2 months later" part in the FWWM script, and those scenes sound awesome. It definitely should be 1 month as you pointed out. I wish we would have gotten those scenes in the original release...but maybe we will get the chance to see them sometime soon.

This is awesome! I love seeing the fan interaction Ray and Kyle have on twitter regarding Twin Peaks.
