After watching Part 12, i can speculate that once the Vegas PD runs the test on Dougie's fingerprints and comes up with Dale Cooper they will contact FBI. And sure enough Albert and/ or Gordon will show up there. In the meantime, Diane will disclose to Mr C. the location that the coordinates lead to...

I had my hopes that the indicated (spoiler) scene would mean that Cooper will have more of a mind in later episodes, but I agree, his movements are very Dougie-like, almost as if he is led by "the other person", so I'm in doubt now. We know that he drives, and we also see a gov't looking ...

Well, I don't expect Cooper to wake up and become S1 Cooper. I expect that Cooper will wake up, but he will still have to live through the trauma of 25 years in the lodge, of having allowed evilCoop out, and possibly to have caused death etc., all on top of a world that changed so quickly.
