All joking aside, yes I am back. For the record, I never stopped thinking about TP. Every. Single. Day. I also lurked a bit without logging in.

Re: TP:TR. Full 18-hour experience

Yaxomoxay, can I convince you to squeeze in watching the "Between Two Worlds" featurette from the Entire Mystery DVD, just before watching S3. click Click! Good suggestion! I never watched it. I added it to the list. I have to ask though, are you deliberately not watching season 2? It's m...

Re: What's next? What chance do think there is we will see a season 4?

We went through this exercise before with the elusive trailer we kept expecting at this event or that convention. The best strategy is not to expect anything at any of these events then we won't be disappointed :-). We are TP fans. We don’t want to be disappointed, we need to :) it’s in our blood. ...

Nah. I enjoyed IE but it’s too distracting, and I think it doesn’t leave much visual freedom to the director.

Re: What's next? What chance do think there is we will see a season 4?

I don't particularly want another season, but if it happens, I doubt he would have any issue getting what he wants from Showtime in terms of freedom. They know this show is a special case. The only anchor would be budget. The network wouldn't want to fork over too much or any more than they did. Th...

Re: What's next? What chance do think there is we will see a season 4?

I am very positive about it. Last year they masterfully recreated the TP brand, and they took Showtime with it. They also know that in order to be special it can’t be done or even announced in a rush. Kinda like the World Cup, the fact that it’s every four years increases its importance. Sent from m...

How dare you criticize the floor sweeping scene?!? I love it! :) Alright, let's pick several more in its place... :-) What else was there? Candy vs The Fly, Dougie and the dandruff dilemma, and so on... My dad had taught me to play chess at an early age. Not that I play it often anymore, and have n...

Re: How would Lynch/Frost tackle Season Four?

You honestly thought that to yourself whilst watching that scene? Since Lynch is clearly not fond of psychological analysis of the meaning of what he is shooting, I don't think that was the intention too much. I am quite surprised when I hear fans talking about the new season being an exercise in a...

Re: Theories & Speculation

Small speculation, just for fun. Laura is pulled away from the Black Lodge. Laura is pulled away from Cooper’s hands in 1989. Scream is the same. What would it change if the two events happen at the very same time ? That would be the center point of the infinite symbol from Jeffrey’s teapot. One ve...

Re: Twin Peaks Return: The Profoundly Disappointed Support Group

Maybe you should do your homework first and carefully read what people wrote here before you try to be funny and post. We are talking about the green glove, not being soft where it mattered, the escort lady and a fine bottle of Red Bordeaux, watching the paint dry, a girl that has an armpit rash, f...

Re: How would Lynch/Frost tackle Season Four?

We have seen it for 22 episodes, multiple times. I honestly think it would’ve served no purpose at all especially since it’s linked to one of the most iconic moments of TP, one that can’t even be emulated in the slightest. I honestly think it was better this way, as Indiana Jones thought us, some s...

Re: How would Lynch/Frost tackle Season Four?

I was expecting more shots of the iconic Sign Board as it was featured heavily in the teasers, but all we got was a 1 sec scene :( We have seen it for 22 episodes, multiple times. I honestly think it would’ve served no purpose at all especially since it’s linked to one of the most iconic moments of ...

Re: What's next? What chance do think there is we will see a season 4?

You may well be right about international numbers. Did the Blu Ray sell well, though? A quick glimpse at this site seems like it only cracked the top 20 for one week (again, maybe it sold better overseas?). In the US, CBS completely screwed the pooch on the rollout, with way too few units produced....
