I was confused at first because there was a very similar portrait taken on the set of On The Air. He's stood next to a camera smiling and chewing a toothpick in that one too. It could be a mirror image of the same picture.

Universal's rights to Eraserhead expired a couple of years ago. That was the only thing keeping David Lynch from releasing the cleaned up version in the UK.
