It turns out my feelings are pretty similar to yours then! I too like any associational stuff and images that chime with others in Lynch's work. I liked seeing the monkey at the end of INLAND EMPIRE. You can't fault some of the stuff Lynch did with FWWM - going back up to the Northwest of America to...

Snarky? I thought your initial response was a little bit of a downer to be honest. I don't know why people can't be more up about stuff. Maybe I'm just oversensitive. I'm not being entirely serious about any of this either so please don't take me as writing this po-faced. You sound a bit like the Qu...

Well Frost was actually quoted talking about the possibility of working on something TP. http://movies.go.com/moviesproxy/tipster?id=746150 Those comments from Frost must be genuine surely? Evenreven, it seems strange to me how fans give the impression they know everything about Lynch. So, you know ...

Thanks for the responses, but he's obviously not go a film plan /project on the go as such right now, at least not one he's spoken of. I've signed up on davidlynch.com and thus far I am not very optimistic that I'll stay a member for long because there's no new material promised. The whole site is b...

Sorry about my comment about Judy! I'd make the whole prologue section into the main part of the film, basically. Looking back, that's the most watchable part of the whole film for me. It would be very cool if Lynch filmed something like the whole prologue section again, its one of the most interest...

Yearning for Lynch...!

This is an enquiry for help. It must have been the quality of INLAND EMPIRE and that I liked it so much. Plus getting the AIR IS ON FIRE art book in 07 as well. A good year for a person who enjoys anything by Lynch, but especially his more abstract and peculiar stuff. So it bothers me that Lynch isn...

Twin Peaks' Surplus of Imagination and the Dark Mood Woods

I was listening to some tracks on the All New Season 2 Soundtrack, like Dark Mood Woods /Red Room and, more specifically, Night Bells. There's so much good stuff on that soundtrack that could have been used in so many more scenes than even the second season encompassed. Night Bells goes into pretty ...

Yea dude I could imagine Miguel Ferrer in INLAND EMPIRE or any Lynch project really. But not as Albert Rosenfeld. Unless the FBI were called in to investigate something. But then without a contrasting character like Cooper or Harry then Albert doesn't work.

He had to promote INLAND EMPIRE a lot because there was no studio doing the work for him, maybe. Watching an advert for the Bionic Woman series over here in the UK Miguel Ferrer features noticeably. This made me think that Twin Peaks really did feature the strongest group of actors Lynch has worked ...

I have edited a film before, but I had little patience and definitely rushed it!

Don't think Lynch should spend a year on it though!

INLAND EMPIRE wasn't a movie in the traditional sense...

So you're saying he's possibly going to make a stage version of the ON THE AIR episode that centred on shoe fetishism?

I never knew Lynch had a thing for shoes, where did you hear that?

Is that all he's doing?

I would certainly be interested in such a documentary but he must be up to more than that.

What's Lynch up to?

Good day to this board! I never even knew it existed until it was mentioned on the Twin Peaks Gazette board, but for two boards to exist of this quality (not going to say which is best of course) goes to show something, right?! Just wondering if anyone has any idea what Lynch is up to and possibly w...
