It's there now. Maybe it was only gone temporarily.

Re: "Do your palms ever itch?" All things Audrey
I'm looking forward to your Audrey in episode 13 post! "Can you catch me?" I can't remember the plot hole completely myself! But it had something to do with Hank finding Josie. Or the other way around. Your Hank plot was great, but I'm pretty sure that at one point it got so complex that n...

Re: owl's not what they seem reference?
Good catch! The owl is definitely a Twin Peaks/Magritte combo-reference. I don't like "funny" referential t-shirts like that one much myself, but maybe I'll buy one for a friend.

Hahaha, this is great.
"Do you realize we haven't been to school since the pilot?" is my favourite, right after the gratuitous streetlight scenes.

Re: Let's talk changes: how would you change the second season?
Do you have a problem with episode 13? I'm asking because I think that's the clearest pointer of what the later second season could have been like had the Audrey/Cooper story been allowed to flow. Even though it feels slightly different than the first season, I don't mind it much, nor do I mind much...

Re: Least favorite episode
Episode 28 for me. This is much worse than the crapfest that is episodes 19, 21, 22 and 24 because Miss Twin Peaks, the love scene and the reveal to Harry about Josie's death are important scenes. Instead, Hunter botches nearly every scene, playing up the stupidity and playing down the good scenes (...

Re: Lynch really busy with Wild At Heart?
see shooting script of last episode (written by Frost) vs filmed final episode (directed by Lynch). I'm not sure Frost wrote much of that script, but we'll probably never know. It sounds a lot like Peyton to me, with some of Engels's ideas thrown in. In fact, Frost's non-involvement (he was basical...

Re: Character vs. Character Development
I thought of another one for Leo -when he screams offscreen to Shelly, "You broke my heart!" Of course, it's absurd the lech that he is -but from his point of view, it's valid. I agree. And then there's this: LEO (over the phone) Soon. Everything okay? SHELLY Yeah, everything fine Leo. [....

There are some cool gifs over at the Gazette board. Maybe it's better to steal those than reinvent the wheel.

Re: If you could go back in time...
Since we're talking one day only, I'd pick one of the regular interior shoots, so I could see all the sets in one day. I'm thinking maybe 5, 8, 9 or 29. Since the Lodge scenes are well documented by Beymer, I would probably pick 5 (the Great Northern scene where Leland goes crazy and Audrey cries) o...

Re: "Do your palms ever itch?" All things Audrey
Do you have any experience writing screenplays - are you acquainted with the format, I mean? If not, you should learn, it be fun to convert these ideas into script form, scene by scene, on down the line. It will be done. My computer died in the middle of writing, and when I got a new one I found a ...
