Good news! Can you check for sync issues on yours? Pretty sure you mentioned having issues with the Entire Mystery set.

I wonder will Q2 do another Fanedit now with the new transfer :D
I would love a few more confirmations from people who've had issues with the sync in the past before we say it's confirmed across the board.

That's awesome! Can you check the Desmond and Chet car ride toward the beginning of the film?

Re: Criterion edition 10/17/17

I just received the Blu-ray and while I haven't checked every scene that had audio sync issues, I can confirm that the "2 x 4" deleted scene is perfect. So much for all the wise-guys who were saying the people who had audio sync issues just didn't know how to upgrade their firmware. Ah aw...

Re: Criterion edition 10/17/17

I just got the dvd in the mail. Between Two Worlds has a run time of 28.24. There is none of the "in-character" stuff. I liked that they have the new Sheryl Lee interview which runs for about 22 minutes but unfortunately if you've read a lot of Lee's interviews or seen her speak at events...

In-depth review of the differences here: http://forum.blu-ray.com/showpost.php?p=14215935&postcount=282 Bummed about the Palmer family interviews being cut, even though I suspected it with the shorter runtime. :( Is anyone that had sync issues able to verify if they're the same or better with th...

Re: POLL: The Nature of Audrey's Situation (Spoilers)

That seems plausible, although we know Lynch loves Alicia Witt. Then again she could have had a different role originally. Imaginign LFB in those scenes is pretty  Well we know he loved her as a kid, doesn't mean he kept up with her at all in the last 25 years haha. Right? I think it honestl...

Re: POLL: The Nature of Audrey's Situation (Spoilers)

Thank you so much! I prefer the Audrey storyline we got too because it gave Audrey a special (yet appropriately tangential) role, which she should have because of how important she is to the first season and how popular she is with the fans. I think she was probably upset because her scenes involved...

I see this, and one called Episode 1. They could be a behind the scenes feature on the original show? Or maybe they found and restored more deleted scenes from the first season? It's hard to say.

Re: POLL: The Nature of Audrey's Situation (Spoilers)

08661a99-244b-49e7-b7f3-40c3f5c2d1dd.jpg Fenn says here that she cried when she read Audrey's original part, refused to do it, and had Lynch rewrite it. It's not exactly news but it's the first time I see it stated so clearly all in the same answer. So the theorizing around here seems pretty much c...

Re: Criterion edition 10/17/17

The Lynch/Zabriskie/Wise/Lee feature seems to be listed as ten minutes shorter than the Entire Mystery version, and doesn't appear to be titled. Is it possible that they removed the "in-character" interviews? That would be tragic and silly. That's probably exactly what they did. Maybe the...

Re: Part 18 - What is your name? (SPOILERS)

2. the scene with Leo, Jacques and Ronette waiting for Laura is from FWWM.. some of it might have been alternative shots but it's basically the exact same scene except Laura never arrives in this version. So was all of the old footage used in Part 17 from the Pilot or FWWM as we know them? It seems...

Re: Calling all who think the original timeline is still intact

My personal jury is out on this. Certain things, like Cooper taking care to provide Janey-E and Sonny Jim with another tulpa, lead me to think the original timeline remains. Others, like Jeffries' "Gordon will remember the unofficial version" lead me to think it's been overwritten. (And, ...

Re: Calling all who think the original timeline is still intact

Jeffries tells Cooper "Say hi to Gordon if you see him. He'll remember the unofficial version." IMO that's internal evidence that Cooper's mission in Part 18 doesn't destroy anything, but removes him from the original timeline, as Jeffries had been, and deposits him in an alternate versio...
