Re: Twin Peaks: Season 3 on Blu-ray 12/5/17
Got news from Matt at Paramount Pictures on Twitter just now: "Episodes 1/2 and 3/4 will be available "branched," same way as they aired. They'll be available as separate parts too." So neat! Wish they would've done this with all of the discs/parts but at least there's this. Hey...

Ah ok, forget what I said thenbowisneski wrote: No problem. I know what a hassle it can be trying to switch iTunes stores. And on the preview, for me, the last page was blank. Don't know if it's an issue with the preview or my phone.

Weird. The complete performances at the Roadhouse without the credits seemed like a sure thing to me.

Re: 'Twin Peaks: The Final Dossier' Novel by Mark Frost 10/31
It's interesting to read these pages because Frost clearly demonstrates a surprising knack for remembering a lot of details from the latter half of Season 2, like Leo's shock collar, birthday cake crumbs in his hair, etc. It just makes it even more odd that he would forget things like Ed and Nadine...

Twin Peaks Return: The Profoundly Disappointed Support Group (SPOILERS)
I’ve been comfortably in the “it’s flawed and indulgent but mostly great” camp Yep, that's pretty much my category as well Even a lot of people in this thread seem to have thought Part 18 was better than most of the preceding hours, it was just too little too late. I recall a few people wishing it ...

And here I was all excited thinking it would be footage from ep 29. Silly meBGate wrote:No, from the new series. She mentioned something about footage of Kyle acting out being sucked into the electrical socket.
I think the "limited edition" thing was just her way or referring to the blu ray.

Re: Theresa Banks, timelines, and more
Yeah but save Theresa = Save Chet = Save Laura Three birds, one stone ;-) How so? BOB had been abusing Laura thru Leland since she was 12, long before Teresa ever came into the picture. I don't see how saving Teresa affects Laura's murder in any way. Because he can solve the mystery before the murd...

Re: Theresa Banks, timelines, and more
I guess Laura was the more personal mission for Dale. Teresa was Desmond's investigation, Dale spent about a day doing a cursory follow-up, more interested in Chet's disappearance than the actual murder, whereas he spent over a month falling in love with the townspeople of TP. Saving Laura is as mu...

I thought Grace was even better than Kyle.

Re: Poll: Worst Roadhouse performance
Why Audrey's Dance is not in the list? It was one of the most awkward moments of TPTR. Poor Sherilyn Fenn, her character deserved better than that. I wouldn't call the most awkward moment of TR (Bubble BOB still takes the cake) but the dance didn't work for me either. Anyway, I was only considering...

Re: Poll: Worst Roadhouse performance
Since the thread title isn't particularly specific, people might be judging the performances by different criteria. Sharon Van Etten's song was definitely my least favorite, but I voted for Lissie based on her on-screen performance. OP here. When it comes to "performance" I usually look a...

Re: The deceased dugpa spoiler thread's partial mirror
Don't know if someone already brought this up, but I clearly remember a picture of James' bike in WA during the shootings. I think the real owner of the bike even posted something on his Facebook about lending one of his bikes to the show once again. So they lended the bike and decided not to use it...
