I saw the Euro version with both endings on the big screen at the Seattle Art museum several years back. It was a print from David's personal collection and probably the best way to experience this film. Although I have never met anyone who can confirm any screenings in Europe.

While I do enjoy the sound mixes, I have to say that I do prefer the original 2.0 mixes which are absent from the set. A shame really as they included the original Spanish and Portuguese mixes.

From what I have been told, they intros to the first 3 discs are only on the US sets.
