I think the clue to spotting original TV scripts is whether they have colour pages within them. There should be some blue pages within this one, identifying those pages that were revised on Feb 28, as noted on the cover.

Leo, I bought R1 of both seasons. I'm watching on a small screen, too: 26 inch, I think, so I dare say many of the compression problems will pass me by... It's quite a while since I last watched S1 ep.2, but I may go back and check out the Red Room scene now that you mention it.

In the UK, Inland Empire will be a two-disc set (see www.play.com). Whether that is to split the film (not ideal either) or for extras, I don't know. Mine's on pre-order, though.
