Looks like I'm going to have to spring for the US and UK versions of IE. My UK 2-disc set arrived today but there are no deleted scenes or other things that happened or quinoa. We get the NFT Guardian interview, though, which I hope'll be good, the Mike Figgis interview (presume text only?), and som...

Shit, that's a bit much, isn't it?! It was always pricey buying from dl.com, especially once one factored in additional import duty to the UK, but $92 for a couple bags of coffee is insane. Mr Lynch, we may well like you, but we don't want to the only ones keeping you in cigarettes. Get a grip, my f...

I just watched SB for the first time last week and really liked it a lot. I will now go and check out those gates, John, thanks! BTW, I assumed the insurance salesman Neff was named after John Neff, not a character in Double Indemnity. Who's right? On a kind of related note, Philip Gerard (The One-A...

That's all very interesting stuff, but something that occurred to me is, why not present the Eraserhead documentary as a kind of audio commentary instead of as a feature? (I've not watched all of the doc yet, so forgive me if there are visual reasons why this totally wouldn't have worked.) I know Ly...

Glad you got yours finally, Iar. My first copy (from Play) got held by customs, too. It finally arrived, but not until after I had requested a refund cos it was lost in the post (nearly three weeks) and ordered another from Axel. As others have said, no customs charge with Axel. I have to go to the ...

In the UK, Inland Empire will be a two-disc set (see www.play.com). Whether that is to split the film (not ideal either) or for extras, I don't know. Mine's on pre-order, though.
