That's a hell of a long marathon

Re: Showtime to Re-broadcast Original Series Early Next Year

Yeah. Now that we know it'll be broadcast in marathons and we have a set date, are people gonna watch the thing on SHO?

I know I won't. I've already re-watched TP too many times since the new series were announced. Besides that I don't have a tv.

I also like some of the titles. Maybe if i were an original viewer I'd be slightly bothered.

Re: Showtime to Re-broadcast Original Series Early Next Year

I don't understand, what titles are you all talking about? Cause 'May the giant be with you' and others are the default episode titles with the print that I have They were first added to the episodes by a German tv channel which has nothing to do with Twin Peaks or the production team. The German t...

Merry X-mas fellow Dugpas!

You've all been a great bunch. It's good to be in contact with some people that share my obsession. Keep it up.

Together let us head straight into 2017, the year we finally get to see that wonderfully strange world again.

Re: NON SPOILERS: Twin Peaks: Season 3 on Showtime Thread

Has it been discussed that the airdate might be May? The recent press announcement of Mulholland Drives new UK BluRay coming out May 1st says it's coming out that day to coincide with the return of the series. Yep, also that press announcement was discussed. So far there have been a couple of hints...

Re: Your ideal Twin Peaks videogame

Anyone ever played L.A. noire? It's a story driven, open world, action adventure game with lots of crime scene investigation, interrogations and other detective work, all in a film noire style.

Set something like that in Twin Peaks and add some surreal elements.

Re: Legendary Picks Up Rights to Classic Sci-Fi Novel 'Dune'

Good, it's about time they turn those masterpieces into film again (hopefully a couple). I've always loved the books and though I kind of liked Lynch's interpretation, I don't think it did them much justice. The TV series also didn't really work for me.

Re: Favorite Quotes From Twin Peaks

I would like in general to treat people with much more care and respect. I would like to climb a tall hill, not too tall. And sit in the cool grass, not too cool. And feel the sun on my face. I wish I could have cracked the Lindberg kidnapping case. I would very much like to make love to a beautifu...

You should also take into account the different settings in the pictures you compared.

I also think most 90's tv had less natural colors compared to what's generally on tv nowadays.
