I'm sorry, but all I can think of is Oprah.
Yup, Truman is Steadman in the "Northwest Passage" script.

Re: Deleted Scenes from the TV Series

It is in the shooting script of the pilot, coming right after the scene in the bank where they find Flesh World in Laura's safety deposit box: EXT. TOWN SQUARE - EARLY EVENING Cooper and Steadman walk through the town square, past the gazebo, towards city hall. COOPER (stopping to look at the gazebo...

It's too bad all of "On The Air" isn't more readily available so we could start cataloging the cues.

Re: Unreleased Twin Peaks Music Announcements - Official Thr

So one thing that has me thinking... Based on the photo the demo tape that Angelo did was in 1989 for Northwest Passage. Does that mean that Questions in a World of Blue was also written at the same time as the rest of the songs? Would have loved if each song had a written or recorded date to accom...

Re: Pardon my stupidity...

As far as Donna's joke, I always interpreted it as, "If I had a nickel for every cigarette your mom smoked, I'd be so rich that someone would kill me for my money." There may be different interpretations, but that one makes most sense to me. And it's also one of my favorite lines from the...

David auctioning off the chance to review your screenplay

Bid now on a private meeting with Hollywood legend, David Lynch. David will read your screenplay and then review it with you in person for 45 minutes or by Skype if you are not able to make it to Los Angeles. David Lynch is best know for Blue Velvet (1986), Lost Highway (1997) Mulholland Dr. (2001)...

I would recommend going to your local liquor store and asking them to order one for you from the distributor. In my state (PA), that's the only way I'll be able to get one, because of our draconian laws about shipping booze.

David (and Mel Brooks) get honorary degrees at AFI.

From AFI.com: The American Film Institute (AFI) today conferred Doctorate of Fine Arts degrees honoris causa upon American comedy icon Mel Brooks and celebrated surrealist David Lynch for "contribution of distinction to the art of the moving image" during AFI Conservatory 2012 commencement...

Vanity Fair's 100th Anniversary of Paramont picuture

David appears at the far right (essentially the last person in the picture) in Vanity Fair's enormous spread celebrating 100 years of Paramount Pictures. David, of course, worked with them when they distributed The Elephant Man. Photo (with zoom feature) here: http://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/201...
