Bruce Phillips - Twin Peaks Collectibles?

I just read in the thread "Twin Peaks Archive Selling DVDs" that Bruce is no longer hosting his Twin Peaks Collectibles website and no longer publishing a catalog. Does anyone have any news on this? I used to trade with Bruce fairly often back in the mid-1990's and was just curious if the ...

Re: Autographed Star Pics cards

I kind of expected the Kyle card to get relisted, but not yet. I wonder if the seller accepted an offer in private.

Re: Twin Peaks in HD on Crime and Investigation Network Tonight

On tonight (2/17) at 9 & 10PM according to the day's guide at CI's website. I have all the DVDs--not sure why seeing it on tv is such a big thrill for me.

Re: Twin Peaks in HD on Crime and Investigation Network Tonight

Just a note that I was checking the online guide for the Australian Crime and Investigation network. The US Site is here, but they only seem to have a guide for shows that air today:

Re: Twin Peaks in HD on Crime and Investigation Network Tonight

I just happened to catch this....I saw a teeny bit on Tuesday and watched more on Wednesday night. It's tough to say if they had the new HD Masters (Gold Set vs. first DVD release) but it certainly looked better than the first time it ran on TV. And of course the end of episode two kicks! The best p...

Re: Autographed Star Pics cards

Hey D., You bought a couple of cards from me a year ago on Ebay when I was selling my doubles (Ebay ID d_cooper) I even had bid on the Lynch card that you won months before that. But at some point I'm pretty sure I'll part with my signed set of TP cards (sans Lynch) so hang in there. With the econom...

Re: Was the TP Visual Soundtrack ever released in DVD format?

Does anyone else have audio issues on the TP Visual soundtrack from this download? I have audio cut out for about a second every 4 minutes or so and don't know if this is a corrupt download or a 'known issue'

Re: Was the TP Visual Soundtrack ever released in DVD format?

I basically think that my best option at this point is to get a laserdisc player/Visual soundtrack laserdisc and try to convert it to DVD. I don't know if my DVD recorder will handle the laserdisc player as input or if I'll have to put my All In Wonder Video Card to good use, but I think that is jus...

Was the TP Visual Soundtrack ever released in DVD format?

I have a VHS copy of the TP visual soundtrack and wanted to upgrade my copy if possible. I remember the original was released in laserdisc (LD) format in Japan, but did that company ever re-release it later in DVD format? I wast just curious if laserdisc was the highest quality format created before...

David Lynch 'problem solvers' on youtube

I just happened to check this spoof with a David Lynch impersonation. It was grin inducing, but not laugh out loud funny. Wanted to pass it along:

There is an entire series. I just checked number 5 - pretty good.

Wel, folks here have speculated what a 'platinum set' would be and I vote hi-definition along with you. Since each progessive transfer has gotten better, the next one (HD) should kick butt. Sign me up!

This is a must have for any Peaker--just thinking about young Dale investigating with his reel tape recorder tied to an extension cord in his house (Aka, the 'tether of life') is hilarious. Great material.
