My guess is that the entire series 'gold' set will be issued here, skipping the season two-only set! It would be typical of the UK to make all of us spend extra money buying the whole lot again! Then again, given the number of extras, I'll happily take the gold set as well. I wonder if the set'll se...

The scene I'll always remember is the one in the RR Diner where Coop tells Annie the Penguin joke and Gordon is bellowing at Shelly that he can hear her. The performances, direction, editing and music made that a scene that, as a 16-year-old wannabe film student, I watched over and over again. Oh, a...

The murder scene was a pivotal moment in the whole series and the makers must've played around with lots of different ideas. Thus the question becomes 'Where did these edits for the DVDs come from?' Lync...

There seems to be something not quite right about two guys publishing more Dune books in one decade than Herbert did in 16 years. It's not so much that the new novels don't read like Frank Herbert, but that the standard of writing is feeble and and the plots superficial at best. Herbert Jr and Kevin...

Episode 14 changes and the changes generally

Hi guys. I've been around here before, but I guess my membership must've expired at some point, cos I've been away for ages. Interesting to see the 'changes' on the episodes. I'm sure I remember reading that there were variations in the content of the various Twin Peaks episodes in different territo...
