Re: The Black Dog

Forgivness: thanx for the explanation. While I thought lynch just liked to pop lots of weird stuff into tp( which I very much enjoyed and howled with laughter at), it's good to know that there was a sensible reason for having done so.

Re: 5 most annoying Twin Peaks characters?

1. Evelyn Marsh 2. Malcolm Sloan 3. Dick Tremayne 4. Lana Milford 5. Hank Jennings I concur. Though dick was extremely amusing to me; his pretentious behavior made the character especially funny, even if annoying at turns. But little Nicky sure gave him the business and took him down a peg or two: ...

Indeed, that was a very poignant episode. Coop looked very handsome all wet, his hair dangling in his face as he told Leland to 'go into the light'...

tWas a brilliant scene...

Exy- thankyou for clearing up for me what that stuff was. Lol, I have had always tons of dust bunnies. When I finally get round to sweeping, honestly, I seem to just scoop up gallons of dust bunnies in the dustpan....

Re: Ren and stimpy's 'i love log' commercials

Indeed, mr k has a beyond quirky sence of humor. And, yes, when I'd watched the extras on one of the DVDs it was said that there purportedly wasn't any repeats of facial expressions. Just wild that he'd think of logs anyway. I have a very weird sence of humor and adore the absurd and random, but I d...

Ren and stimpy's 'i love log' commercials

Lol, these are just hysterically funny. And very random, unless writer mr krikfalusi is referencing tp's log lady.

Re: Julee cruise's Industrial Symphony'

Dugpa, Thankyou for this info. I do have the twin peaks DVD set, but it is the basic one, with no extras. Lol, I was too cheap to shell out for the gold box set. Perhaps there may be a kind person who owns the lime green set, who'd rip me a copy of industrial symphony... I'd pay postage costs and wo...

Julee cruise's Industrial Symphony'

A friend once owned this on VHS. I wonder if it will ever be released on DVD, or at least the music released on cd. A wonderful musical adventure indeed. Edit: did some research and found this: Industrial Symphony No. 1 From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Industrial Symphony No. 1 Directed by Davi...

Re: Bad music in episode 7

I can confirm that it indeed was a Badalamenti original. Well, I'm no longer pining for a third volume of the Twin Peaks soundtrack. :) Well, to be fair, it's quite remarkable that in 25 hours or so of television, that's the only music that seems really out of character. It's a testament to Badalam...

Re: Esoteric interpretation of Lost HIghway

Perhaps said esoteric intrepretation is the only way I could ever understand this film. I just couldn't get a handle on it. Indeed, the same applies to other lynch films I have seen, with the exceptions of elephant man and eraser head, both of which I loved. Lol, the only part of lost highway i like...
