Re: Twin Peaks retrospective at USC
I hope that they manage to get them, it would be wonderful if they could get Michael & Kyle on the same panel.

I still can't quite get over how impressive these line ups are.

Re: Twin Peaks retrospective at USC
Gregg Fienberg is a very interesting addition... I'd be very interested to hear what he thought about TP then &, more interestingly, what he thinks about it now.

Re: Twin Peaks retrospective at USC
Missoulamt: that's what I thought at first, but watching that clip and the way he says it, it just seems like he's going for something more than that. God knows though we've seen enough of these flurries of misinterpreted quotes over the years to doubt any possibility. I've been thinking about it a ...

Re: Twin Peaks retrospective at USC
Cheers for your answers TheArm! I'm trying not to get my hopes up here but, dammit, they've done it again. I've watched the video with Mark Frost's answer 20+ times now (yes, I know, I need to find something better to do with my time). I'm going to do some obsessive fan boy speculating: - Firstly I ...

Re: Twin Peaks retrospective at USC
Sorry, meant my post, not TheArm's! Interesting, thanks for that! I am really trying not to get my hopes up but, I don't know, am I being stupid or does it, for lack of a better term, feel like there's something in the air with TP at the moment? I guess they could have been chatting about blu-ray ve...

Re: Twin Peaks retrospective at USC
I wish I could be there for this - I hate living in England sometimes! So I've seen lots of people on twitter saying season 3 is coming because of Mark Frost's quote - can I ask what the people who went from this forum took from that answer? I've not been a fan of this show as long as you guys, I on...

Re: Twin Peaks reboot in the works?
Just heading here to post those links. Thoughts: that has to be the quickest turn around from a complete shoot down to a vague possibility in history, even by Twin Peak's standards. I'm morbidly curious about this. TP speaks to me like few other things I've ever encountered in life. I love it more t...

Re: Twin Peaks Gazette Message Board
I was a very, very infrequent poster on TPG, really I was mainly a lurker (much like I am here) but just wanted to add my thanks to Jason for running it while he did. There was some genuinely brilliant stuff on there and a lot of fanscinating analysis, in things like the Black Lodge Encyclopedia. My...

Re: Unreleased Twin Peaks Music Announcements - Official Thr
I'm sure this has been asked loads of times before, so I'm really sorry to ask, but I have no will to work through the 165 pages of this thread to find out. What is the likelihood of seeing physical releases of these? I'm still mentally stuck in the old school thought process of wanting a physical p...

Re: 20th Anniversary Art Exhibition & Product Release
Scott C (one of my favourite artists) has his piece up on the Hi Fructose article. While there may not be a print at present I'm almost certain that he'll be offering one up eventually. A print of his previous TP piece currently hangs above my art desk

Re: Lynch's New Film Confirmed by Laura Harring
I could be making up stories here but I'm fairly certain Lynch has gone on record at some point that they were intended to be part of a trilogy or series of films focusing on California. I'll be damned if I can remember where that came from though.

Re: Lynch's New Film Confirmed by Laura Harring
Once again I'm with iar - it may be related in the same way Twin Peaks & Mulholland Drive are related - the same universe but a different thing. I mean we're not talking Sisterhood Of The Travelling Pants 2 here, this is Lynch. Like so many things Lynch it'll probably never happen. I'm still des...

Re: Lynch's New Film Confirmed by Laura Harring
Like iar said, I've got no idea how there would be a straight sequel to this, I mean the end was fairly definitive wasn't it? Obviously there are directions that he could go and it'd be interesting to see what happened as it could use left over story ideas from the original planned series.
