Re: L.B.
Oh, yes. The club somehow represents her "standing in the middle" (like the dancer does). And she had bad luck during that time, because she lost her son.jina wrote:she gets this stamp at the club, which in a very weird coincidence could also mean something.

The rooster and the red cup can`t be coincidences.

Re: Scene 35
I tried to find out what scene 47 is and failed. Tend to see scenes as quite short ones. Probably I would be at a higher number of scenes "at scene 35". But I recognized something I didn`t before. That Kingsley says that they go on with scene 27. Yes, I also see the moon connected to the p...

Re: Scene 35
The smiling of "Kinski" seems to be rather connected to the "following" presence of the rabbit. There seems to be a difference. Maybe the rabbit "is a little bit too far away" in the feature.

Re: L.B.
I still think the same: "She" refers to someone who says that he has a means against bad luck.

Re: Scene 35
Yes, I would like to know it, too. Why brain? I have "no" idea about that. I wonder what we can find in scene 47. :) What Sue apparently wants to know when they go through scene 35 is whether he loves her. That is probably behind "Were they the truth?". The woman in the hotel roo...

Re: L.B.
That we see the crossed LB while "she" is telling Mr. K about the one selling watches again is - in my opinion - no coincidence.

Re: Scene 35
Thank you very much for writing down these scenes, applesnoranges! Very interesting that we have "Dern" and "Devon" at Smithie`s house in scene 35. Probably this is how it was meant to be. I would exclude the spotlight scene and include the moon scene. btw - Why do you write &quo...

Re: North Carolina accent?
It is mainly the line, "It was said to be cursed. So it turned out to be." that keeps ringing in my ears. He is saying that it turned out to be cursed because it was said to be cursed. I don`t know if I translate it right, but I don`t translate it with "because". Rather it "...

Re: This Is The Street
IMO, people don't fall in love with an objective, other person, at all. Yes, at least with respect to the romantic love. But think about the unified field David Lynch talks about, for example. In this philosophy I think there is oneness, familarity and love on a deep level of consciousness. Should ...

Re: This Is The Street
it's always the person that decides his/her feelings in the end. if someone tells you for example something about a person and then you start thinking about that person, you'll probably fall in love with this person. but it is you who 'caused it. not the others. It depends on how love is defined. T...

Re: This Is The Street
V2, by the way seems a bit confused and tired. She seems to be in a "I have bought a watch"-state. And she builds a connection to the "man, who lives here" and the "the man, who lives next door". We have an interesting reaction of Sue (?): as if the word "Crimp&qu...
