Re: About Judy
Perhaps Judy was a young woman that Agent Jeffries got involved with while on a murder case, and the Black Lodge got her, like they got Annie (whom Agent Cooper got involved with while on a murder case). Could explain Agent Albert Rosenfeld's sarcasm while addressing Jeffreys, although Rosenfeld is ...

Re: Supernaturalism / Occultism in Twin Peaks
OK long post here, l shall take a long break after this as it's hurting my brain: i wasn't trying to suggest that just because you may have seen or felt something that it was not real, even if you did imagine it. imagination and dreams are definitely a real and quantifiable part of reality as far as...

Re: SPOILERS: Inconsistencies in the Secret History of Twin Peaks
Two twin peaks, two worlds, two lodges. Could the waiting room be the pathway between both? Perhaps the black lodge and the white lodge are not rooms but two different versions of the world, seperated by a catastrophic event. Burroughs always believed that the atom bomb eviscerated people's souls, ...

Theory about Log Lady
As others have said, the trees in Twin Peaks contain souls. I also read that the Log Lady's log could be like a mushroom (Shiitake, Oyster) log. So, l'm wondering if the log = a dormant soul, the mushrooms being rebirth of that dormant energy. What would that make the Log Lady? She's unique, the log...

Re: Great Northern in TP is like The Overlook in TS?
I think any hotel in a show with the supernatural in some way is gonna hold some comparisons to the Overlook. But ... I was going a little deeper in my comparison: - Both hotels had distinct native American themes - Both were said to be inhabited by an evil spirit / evil spirits - except my content...

FAO: David Lynch, Re.: Ideas
David Lynch if you read this, l'd like to share (for free) some ideas with you for films (supernatural horror) and music (techno - my background is not the ambient / electro stuff you're doing at the moment but l could contribute some stems that you could build up a tune from in your preferred style...

Top 3 Qs you would ask Lynch and/or Frost - & expected As?
Hi, Most people would probably want a cheesy grin photo with Lynch and / or Frost. Personally, l would strafe them with questions. So ... What are the top 3 questions you would ask David Lynch and / or Mark Frost, and what answers would you expect? For me: To Dave Lynch: 1. Are you good? Evil? Neutr...

Great Northern in TP is like The Overlook in TS?
Hi, Is there significance in the Great Northern hotel in TP being full of traditional American Indian art, and the same with the Overlook Hotel in The Shining? Or is this common in hotels and bars throughout northern US? Of course, the Great Northern is on the whole nothing like The Overlook. But th...

Wt da fi$h 4?
Hi l was wondering about the recurring fish symbolism in Twin Peaks (Ser. 1 & 2 and probably 3 in advance). In Ser. 1 (Ep. 1?) we have a fish in the percolator and that is a distinct nod to fish. Thereafter l recall seeing fish above the fireplace somewhere, and in other places also fish. Discuss?
