I'm pretty sure Lynch and Frost have zero intention of revisiting the Coop/Audrey will they/won't they romance. There are more important things to explore now

I don't really think it's fair to judge an actor for not taking a job based on money. Yeah it's a privilege work with a creator like Lynch but, you know, sometimes bills gotta be paid, kids gotta be fed, etc

Any news about Asian, South American or African regions yet? In Brazil, the second season of "Billions" apparently will be licensed to Netflix, with weekly episodes. It's kinda strange because "Homeland" airs on FX and "Penny Dreadful" aired on HBO. But i'd bet on HBO ...

It's kinda complicated because none of these questions have definitive answers, interpretation counts a lot. Maybe in the new show we'll get some more light
