I was shocked by the generally negative attitude towards this film over at the Twin Peaks Gazette site that I felt compelled to address the imbalance.

Personally, I could watch FWWM at any time as I think it stands up as a feature film in its own right outside of viewing the series. However, if I am showing it to friends for the first time I save FWWM as a coda after episode 29. Usually, viewers feel cheated by the open-endedness of the last TV ep...

They are large "dust bunnies", if you'd lived in an old Victorian property with a hard floor and aren't the most fastidious cleaner then you would probably have seen smaller version of these at some point.
