Polish Poem (remixed by Dutch Rall)

http://www.vimeo.com/3710876

Featuring clips from INLAND EMPIRE, DL talking about bliss and happiness, and an even slower version of Polish Poem than the original. Enjoy.

Arrived today... luckily it sounds pretty good as well. So it's a trophy, and has some musical value! Result!

Re: MacLachlan Plans Twin Peaks Comeback

I don't really see how TP can be brought back in a live-action format at all, bearing in mind Frank Silva's been dead for 14 years. I don't think he's really thought this through.

Re: FWWM on UK ITV4 now!

Sorry, I didn't watch it. My mum was in the room, and I tuned in just before the Pink Room scene. The video quality looked like the 2entertain DVD though.

PFFR - 2003 - United We Doth (when they're not making the funniest television programmes of the decade (Wonder Showzen and Xavier: Renegade Angel) they make bizarre electro-rock in the vein of Boredoms and Lightning Bolt. Both noisy and fun(ny).) Hypnotique - 2004 - The Hanging Garden (mysterious el...

FWWM on UK ITV4 now!

Digital viewers in the UK can be treated to a rare example of ITV doing some right for once right now, over on ITV4. I realise this message comes too late for most, if not all UK readers, but knowing what ITV4's like (and knowing how often they repeat Bride Of Chucky) this is likely to be on rotatio...

Last night for my 22nd birthday I put a gig on in my home town that featured the following six brilliant acts: Pindown - two middle-aged men refusing to compromise to anyone or anything whilst making hideous A/V noise: one man behind two iBooks (one pumping out distorted metal and industrial samples...

Re: Thomas Truax: Songs from the films of David Lynch

This is on Spotify...... erm, this is very weird. Not in a good way I think. I'm 3 tracks in, and he's completely murdered Falling, turning it into a dreary piece of indie pop with absolutely none of the emotion you'd think would be inherent in such a piece of music. I dread to think what he's done ...

*ahem* EUROVISION! NOW!!! (This is probably lost on Americans, so for them, basically it's a song contest for countries laughably considered part of Europe, where each country writes a song, performs it, and then all the Eastern Bloc countries vote for each other and one of them inevitably wins. Thi...

Here's hoping they offer free lossless downloads of the album then. If Nine Inch Nails can do it, Burton certainly should.

Ultra-fast breaks, noise and stolen beats.) Amon Tobin - 2000 - Supermodified (breaks and funk stuff.) DJ Scotch...

Also from the same session... an interesting mix of Audrey's Dance segued into Up In Flames (or Up In Flame as it is referred to here):

And a band introduction from Cruise followed by The World Spins (or The World Spine, if you'd prefer):
