Re: 'The Secret History of Twin Peaks' novel by M. Frost 10/
A friend just mentioned that Phillip Gerard's purported best friend, the veterinarian whose office was near the conveyance store, was named Bob Lydecker. He was also mentioned to be in a coma due to assault at the time of the first season. I think there is a small possibility he is the Robert mentio...

Re: Showtime to Re-broadcast Original Series Early Next Year
. It's already available in other markets many of us have access to right now. This. Also we live in the age of binge-watching. The original series has a bunch of episodes ending on insane cliff-hangers, there is no point in doing this slowly without a lot of the audiences who start getting interes...

Given Lynch's proclivity to stick with whatever he made (refusing to even do a director's cut for Dune, for example) I am skeptical that he would re-edit the material OR crop the episodes for widescreen. Obviously George Lucas gets the most crap for it, but it seems to be a fairly common trait amon...

Audrey was continually dosed up for several days, as far as I could tell. The dose was gradually upped until she was about to be given a fatal level. As many heroin addicts attest, you're always chasing an effect as powerful as the first hit. Also, Ben Horne had turned Blackie into a junkie, so the...

Hmm...In French Connection he's given heroin for weeks, a single dose of heroin for the first time wouldn't make you a raving addict or even have a big withdrawal, especially since it would have to be small enough not to kill her.

I wonder if the book could possibly touch upon the missing days after Leland died. I always felt a bit cheated not seeing people's reactions. Especially Donna and her family. If the book is really a collection of different medias (Letters, Newspaper Clippings, Fictional Interviews, Radio Transcript...

A friend and I, but it is just custom. And Kings customarily put themselves first as in "I and my people" so if you are a King go ahead. BTW we should add Norton E. 'Hank' Worden as the Elderly Bellhop to the deceased list if we want to be completionists :( Which will make Doc Hayward the ...

Re: 'The Secret History of Twin Peaks' novel by M. Frost 10/
Great news, very relieving! My main concern was not that I thought it would make a better read, but I had a deep regret that the very minuscule tidbits about character's fates or where abouts, ect that people have teased out from cryptic photos and inside sources in the spoiler thread would somehow ...

Re: unanswered questions / mistakes / etc.
Yeah the questions about Cable and Cliff fascinate me. We were given strong hints that Cable and Cliff knew a lot more about Bank's murder than they let on, and they were probably both into trafficking drugs at the side. One reason his disappearance may have not been looked into was because Cable ha...

Regarding the Ontkean-Forster shebang, here's what someone wrote today on Twin Peaks Worldwide FB page (when commenting the Forster's TP photo that got leaked recently): "He's not playing Truman. I have a source inside the production that says, while he is indeed the new sheriff, he's actually...

I haven't seen this mentioned before but did anyone think it was interesting that Laura's drug of choice was cocaine? If you're looking to escape, to feel numb, then opiates or alcohol would seem more suitable. Not that I, cough, know anything about illicit drugs of course. Note that Laura always u...

Re: The _ _ _ _ _ _ Show (S3 casting - or non-cast - spoiler
I've always seen Mr Forster as someone who plays a somewhat tougher, 'crustier' character and, at times, Michael Ontkean's performance seemed almost to work against the writing of the show. Albert would roundly mock Truman for being a tough, country yokel-type of guy, yet I never got that vibe from...

I will be disappointed if it won't include anything post finale, but this book is still something they felt should be released right before the new episodes, so it's got to be relevant, exciting content one way or another. I don't think they are releasing it to prepare people with relevant info for...
