Lynch Films on Blu Ray for US Players - Where are we?

All- I know this topic is spread across many threads; however, I'd like to know what the best options for watching a Lynch Film, in 1080p on a US Blu Ray player are?

I know that Blue Velvet and Dune are released.

With that said, what are the best options for:

WAH
LH
MD
TP Series
TP FWWM
IE
Erasherhead

Am I dreaming that ANY of these exist in a good enough format until more official US relases occur? Again, my assumption is that the disc would have to work on US Players.

Wild At Heart - 2010 French release (region free)
Lost Highway - German 3-pack release (region free)
Mulholland Drive - German 3-pack release (region free)
TP Series - iTunes 1080p (no BluRay release...yet)
TP FWWM - Upcoming Japan Release (A locked)
Inland Empire - German 3-pack release (region free)
Erasherhead - German release (region free)

Those will work on US players, although some may have special features in SD-PAL so you might want to check that out.
