I found it on the web, it's an Isotta Fraschini Town Car Landolet Limousine with leopard skin seats. Not that I'm into cars, but this one, well... stands out from the rest a bit.

Has to be. Neff in Double Indemnity was an insurance saleman, who pulled a scam very similar to the one that Catherine is almost the victim of. Catherine's dialogue "Are you an ambitious man, Mr. Neff?" is also quite nearly a carbon copy of Barbara Stranwick's line from Double Indemnity.
