Not sure if this has been posted. I recently found a rather nice image of David on the International Photography Awards 2007 website (amateur photographer by hobby). Scroll 3/4 of the way down to see the image - it's entry 39135 submitted by Nadav Kander from London. Looks like he won 3rd place.
