I||met David Lynch

Last year I meant him at a signing in Westwood for INLAND EMPIRE. He signed the sleeves for my DVDs of Mulholland Drive and IE. We weren't supposed to take pictures with him -- but, me being me, I asked him if I could take one of him. He spoke to me in his cool voice and said "Sure, son." I leaned across his signing table and had my mother take a Polaroid. The final image which I haven't scanned to post here has Lynch looking -- I don't know if surprised or angry? I'm scared to actually know.

Erm why don't you show us your photo of you and David? Why is it private? I'm confused.

I felt ok sharing the story, but when it came time to scan the image my thoughts were, the novelty of a Polaroid with David Lynch and myself would be no more, lost in cyber space.
