All 'On The Air' fans! Exclusive Nancye Ferguson interview!!

Post by Jerry Horne »

Nancye talks about working on the Lynch/Frost television series 'On The Air'. Was OTA in fact an elaborate revenge plot against ABC for their treatment of Twin Peaks? Click link below:

Interesting interview, Jerry. I actually videotaped the first 3 episodes on On the Air.

Thanks Dugpa! She is so cool! I tried looking for another interview too, but nothing - no repeated information here :)

Well, it's taken me awhile, but I finally found the A.D.D. short Pilot with Kimmy Robertson and Nancye:

I continue to be saddened by the fact that this show has never been released on DVD or Blu-Ray. I want to show it to so many people but I am afraid the quality of the episodes on YouTube will not cut it.

Great interview, by the way. I am glad that she no longer has to worry about Obama not being elected.

Thanks. That was quite awhile ago, where does the time go?

What a shame about no release. Why not just stick it on iTunes or something?

thanks for this interview, very interesting.. i really like the Pilot and the Bootmaker episode, the other episodes are pretty fun too.

interesting thing that the Pilot and the rest of the series wasn't filmed at the same location, would have never guessed!!

i really hope we'll get an official DVD of this and "Hotel Room" one day, i need to see these in proper quality

this is, excuse me, a damn fine interview.. i'm late to the party but as i recently rewatched the entire series i found it very interesting.

the most interesting part of this interview for me is the revelation about Mark and David's roles on this project.. Ruth Trueworthy was one of the main characters of the series and she never ever met Frost, whereas Lynch seems to have been around a lot whether he directed or not. i can certainly imagine he was around for episode 7 with the infamous Bootmaker episode as it contains many of his direcorial flashes
