Congrats qbin on a little piece of Twin Peaks history It's a great mix and I'm sure Dean only removed it because it's technically not the screen edit. It's now an official collectors item

I'm secretly hoping that when and if Dean releases 'Windom's Deck', he keeps that title, because I made it up before placing it on my site (along with 3 others) for 24 hours a few years ago. Of course, someone snagged them and put them on YouTube. Of course, if it's released I'm sure it will be called something else. So Dean, YouTube, Windom's Deck...

"Windom's Deck" is an edit of "Leo's Return" (looped and reedited).

Just re-edited: looped part (i think 3 times) + another part + another part (with extra noise of Leo's 'soap in the sock' at the very end).

Loving this bundle. So glad to have all 3 Earle flute tunes, and the missing country tunes. I'm especially excited to have Renault's Theme. It was used very creatively in the series (mixed with other tracks).

I wonder how many more releases there will be??

If the mix is not avaible in Dean's archives, I'll find someone to mix it for me, since both tracks were released separately, lol

Upon closer listen, I believe there are actually TWO versions of "Audrey's Walk" used in the series. The released one was used in episode 24, whereas a similar (but different) version was used in episode 26. Listen to the section at the end of the scene where Windom tells of the Lodges. I don't believe its just edited differently, I think its a different version, with different notes. If this alternate exists (Dean?), it would be great to have as well.

Yes it is. Not sure why it was included in the track.

I guess it's probably really part of the theme (the same synth voice) used separately.

I tried it, but the scene uses a different recording of "Half Heart" (without the guitar chords in between the melodic phrases). If the stems for "Half Heart" or the film mix still exist somewhere in the archives, it would be wonderful if they could be released.
Still wondering where the short dark synth (or slow speed orchestra) moment comes from when Laura suddenly cries out during the farewell scene with James (shortly after the "Half Heart" quote). Anyone?

And of course the film mix of Phillip Jeffries in the black lodge with all those weird effects over the main title theme would sit beautifully between "Phillip Jeffries" and "Back to Fat Trout". It's probably asking too much with all the fantastic stuff that's already been released, but there's always hope.
