Here's what I can tell from the cue sheets posted (they can be figured out because they are in order):
....
"Don't Do Anything I Wouldn't Do" = "I'm Hurt Bad"
....

I wonder if a full, clear version of "I'm Hurt Bad" might be hiding in plain sight in the Archive, labeled as "Don't Do Anything I Wouldn't Do." Maybe Dean assumes it's just another take of the FWWM soundtrack song of the same name and hasn't checked it. Ya think?

Song #4 - obviously it's HOME ON THE RANGE with Icelandic lyrics: Icelander's party at the GN
Song #5 - ???: Icelanders are singing to Ben before trip to the OEJ

So, after relistening I formed the opinion about remaining slow speed themes...

- Back to Missoula (Maddy's murder scene) / Earle's first victim (discovery of Eric Powell's corpse scene) / Josie's fate (drawer's handle scene) - is one and the same theme and it sounds most clean and complete as Earle's first victim (about 30 sec.)
- Bob's dance is separate theme sounding once - before Back to Missoula
- there is exactly part of Leland's remorse (from FWWM) sounding before Earle's first victim

I thought so! What about a title for it so it's consistent in all the lists? "Back to Missoula"?

I never cared for "Earle's First Victim" just because I think, "Well, Earle's first victim was actually Caroline, not Eric Powell."
