Re: Deer Meadow Shuffle now available at Davidlynch.com!
The alternate take of the theme song is great. Sounds to me like it might be the version that's used in Episode 17 as Cooper is saying good-bye to the Sheriff's department staff.
Re: Deer Meadow Shuffle now available at Davidlynch.com!
I think its first appearance might be in Episode 1 when Donna is telling her mom about James, at least I don't recall it being in the pilot.jmichael wrote:The alternate take of the theme song is great. Re: Twin Peaks - Unreleased Music [Assembly Thread]
I'm hoping we won't have to wait very long for DL to release the music from Leland's wake via his website. The Audrey's Prayer theme is (in my humble opinion) as iconic as Falling and Laura Palmer's Theme.
I'm worried I'm becoming obsessed with the Twin Peaks Archive album. I'm visiting davidlynch.com every few hours and fear it may have tapped into the same part of my brain as the Twin Peaks Gold Box postcards.

I'm with you- I'm kind of obsessed with checking davidlynch.com. Its driving me nuts!! I love "Audrey's Prayer" too. I'd so love to have the alternate version from ep 17 when Audrey says goodbye to Cooper.Face In The Leaves wrote:I'm hoping we won't have to wait very long for DL to release the music from Leland's wake via his website. The version used for Leland's wake actually sounds like a combination, or mix, of a few different elements: The original version of Audrey's Prayer, the alternate version from the above mentioned scene, and the percussive elements.
