Twin Peaks Unreleased Music on You Tube (Not DL.com Material

I found some full tracks of unreleased music found on Youtube. None of these have been on soundtracks or DL.com and I was wondering what the source is for these.. I am not going to post any links or anything as I support what Lynch is doing on his site and the tracks themselves are lower quality but does anyone know where these originated from? Was there a release overseas or were they stolen or something?

Those tracks are ripped from DVD's.
